Florida Constitutional Amendment
Petition for a Right to Clean Water!
This Amendment to the Florida Constitution creates an enforceable, fundamental right to clean and healthy waters, authorizing people to sue for equitable relief when a State executive agency, by action or inaction, allows harm or threat to Florida waters.​
​Signing this petition is also a way to re-activate you as a voter, so you are not at risk from being purged from voter rolls.
As your State Representative, I would fight every day to ensure free public access to clean water for drinking, sanitation, and recreation.

2. Better Working Conditions for Outdoor Employees
Wages, Break Time, and Protection from Harmful Chemicals
I will advocate for an hourly pay increase over and above the prevailing minimum at the time, mandatory refreshment breaks and protection from harmful chemicals including pesticides and fertilizer.
3. AFFORDABLE HOUSING
Due to the frequency of hurricanes in Florida, homeowners need relief from burdensome insurance.
